Sunny Days- Twisted Easel Card

There are a lot of challenges out there right now that have a summer theme.  It feels pretty appropriate because today is the first official day of summer, and in my neck of the woods we are supposed to hit a high of 105 degrees today!!!!  AAAAHHHH so HOT!!!  Anywho, I've been seeing this type of card a lot lately, and I wanted to give it a try!  It is called a twisted easel card/fold.  I did not know how to do this, so I looked it up on You Tube (the video I watched is here).  The beautiful things about this card are that it is completely flat when closed, and it fits in an A2 sized envelope!!  YAY! 

Gimme a Break Challenge Blog-  anything summer

Getting Cricky with K Andrews-  use a face

Wild Card-  sun cut at 5"
Celebrate with Flourish-  "sunny days" cut at 2.41"
Life is a Beach-  bucket and shovel cut at 2.18"
My Pink Stamper stamps-  Spectacular Sayings
Peachy Keen stamps-  Retro Paper Doll Face Assortment
Stickles- star dust
Glossy Accents
White gel pen
Yellow eyelet

Okay folks, try to stay cool on this HOT summer day!  Now I'm off to drink some water and relax!!!  :)

    This is sooo cute! I love those bright and cheery colors and I really want to try a twisted easel card, but haven't yet! Now I might have to try one of these! :)Amy
