Homemade Bubble Bath

Hello and Happy July!  This summer is just flyin' by!  Hope you're enjoying it!  The challenge this week at Joy's Life was to create a 3D project (a.k.a. no cards or scrapbook LOs)...  As you know, I love to make cards, so this was pretty challenging!  I sat and thought about what I could make, and when I saw this sentiment, I knew right away that I wanted to make homemade bubble bath...  I have a lot of friends and family who love taking baths (I'm more of a shower kind of girl), so I know that I can definitely find someone to give this to.  I made a pretty big bottle, but this could be scaled back into smaller containers and even given away as party favors (I'm thinking baby showers, bridal showers, etc.)!  It smells sooo good and I got it all over my hands and they are really soft now!  :)  It is also really inexpensive because it uses such simple ingredients.  At the bottom of this post I have shared the formula for making your own bubble bath!

Raspberry/Vanilla Bubble Bath

I got this formula from This Time, This Space.  They have a lot of different variations on their website.  *I couldn't find raspberry fragrance oil, so I used almond & vanilla and it smells wonderful!

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. unscented liquid soap
  • 2 oz. distilled water
  • 8 drops vanilla fragrance oil
  • 6 drops raspberry fragrance oil
Directions: Mix all and pour into a container.
Pour a tablespoon or more in running water for your bath.
