Whaley Good Birthday Card

I have to start off by saying that Diana @ DL Art also gave me the Stinkin' Cute Blog Award!!  Thank you Diana!  Everyone really should check out her blog, and right now she's doing a 400 follower giveaway!  :)

I must say that it felt great to get back into my craft room, look up some challenges, and make a couple of cards!  I knew that I wanted to use a punny birthday sentiment on my card, and I wanted to use a whale (to make it a summer theme)...  When I looked through my stamp sets, I couldn't find any stamps that fit what I needed, so I made up this sentiment on my computer....  I think it turned out really cute!  Hope you enjoy!!! :)

Cooking with Cricut- anything goes using Cricut
My Craft Spot- anything that reminds you of summer
BBTB2-  use the starfish from Life is a Beach
FCCB-  water theme
Birthday Sundaes-  anything goes (must include a birthday sentiment)

Create a Critter- whale cut at 3.47"
Life is a Beach- starfish cut at 1.39"
Everyday Paper Dolls- clouds cut at 2.49" & 1.98"
Zooballoo- waves cut at 1.24"
Cuttlebug-  D'vine swirls, spots and dots
Peachy Keen Stamps- Animal Faces Medium (I used one stamp for the eyes, and a different one for the mouth)
Sentiment is from my computer- AR CHRISTY font at size 24
